Service description
CarCare organizes user-supplied maintenance information, reminders, and history. It does not inspect vehicles and does not replace manufacturer documentation, legal notices, qualified mechanics, insurers, or public authorities.
Safety and accuracy
Users must confirm intervals, deadlines, and vehicle details. Generic suggestions are not manufacturer-approved. Urgent warning lights, safety concerns, and legal deadlines require the appropriate professional or authority.
Accounts and acceptable use
Add final minimum-age, credential-security, lawful-use, upload-rights, prohibited-content, abuse, and suspension terms. Never permit illegal material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe displays the binding price, billing interval, tax treatment, and payment method at checkout. Define renewal, cancellation timing, statutory withdrawal rights, refunds, failed payments, and price changes for each target market.
Availability and liability
A qualified professional must draft enforceable, locally appropriate availability, warranty, liability, indemnity, force-majeure, and dispute terms. Do not publish unsupported exclusions.
Ownership, changes, and contact
Clarify ownership of the application and user content, export rights, termination consequences, notice of material changes, governing law, dispute forum, and the verified support address before launch.
