Your statutory withdrawal right

If you are a consumer and German/EU distance-contract withdrawal law applies, you generally have 14 days from conclusion of the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Mandatory rules in your country may provide additional or different rights.

Cancellation and withdrawal are different. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. A valid statutory withdrawal reverses the contract as required by applicable law and can create a right to repayment.

You may use the online function below or send any other unequivocal withdrawal statement to support@carcarelog.de or by post to Salvatore Marco Marra, Stralsunder Ring 48, 38444 Wolfsburg, Germany. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal before the applicable period expires.

Online withdrawal function

Enter the information needed to identify you and your subscription. You will then see a separate confirmation step. After you select “Confirm withdrawal”, we send an immediate electronic receipt containing your withdrawal details and the date and time received.

We will send the statutory receipt to this address and use it to identify the contract.

Your withdrawal statement will be: I hereby withdraw from my CarCare subscription contract.

Effects of withdrawal

If your withdrawal is valid, payments are returned in accordance with mandatory law, generally no later than the statutory repayment deadline and using the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to you.

Because paid access starts immediately, the checkout asks consumers to expressly request performance before the end of the withdrawal period. Where the law allows proportionate compensation for service already supplied and all statutory requirements are met, that amount may be deducted or claimed. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
